§1. Subject Matter

These Terms & Conditions (“Regulations”) define the rules for subscribing to the Newsletter, the scope of the Newsletter service, and the rights and obligations of both the Sender and the Recipients of the service.

§2. Definitions

Sender – Michał Glinka, sole proprietor, conducting business activity under the name Michał Glinka, with a registered address at Zalipie 7a, 04-625 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 9521964857, REGON: 141794485.

Newsletter – a free email-based service operated by the Sender, sent to the email address provided by the Recipient, governed by these Regulations.

Regulations – this document, setting out the rules for the provision of the Newsletter service.

Registration – the act of subscribing to the Newsletter, consisting of entering the Recipient’s email address into the subscriber database maintained by the Sender.

Recipient – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that has subscribed to the Newsletter service.

§3. Scope of the Newsletter Service

The Newsletter service consists of sending, via electronic means (including automated calling systems), commercial information about the Sender’s services and content to Recipients who have provided their email address. This includes, in particular, information about demand generation strategies, B2B growth marketing, ABM campaigns, marketing automation, SEO, GTM frameworks, and related thought leadership content.

§4. Registration Rules

  1. The Newsletter is provided free of charge, for an indefinite period, until the Recipient unsubscribes or the Sender terminates the service.
  2. As part of the Newsletter, the Sender will send information via email to the address provided by the Recipient.
  3. Registration takes place via the subscription form on the Sender’s website (michalglinka.com), by entering a valid email address and accepting these Regulations.
  4. After registration, an activation link will be sent to the provided email address. The Recipient confirms their email address by clicking the activation link (double opt-in).
  5. The Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, without giving a reason, by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in the footer of every Newsletter message. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  6. Upon unsubscription, delivery of the Newsletter to the Recipient will be immediately suspended.
  7. The Recipient’s email address will be removed from the Newsletter database immediately upon unsubscription, confirmed by a system notification.

§5. Technical Requirements

Use of the Newsletter requires the Recipient’s device and IT system to meet the following minimum technical requirements:

  • A computer, laptop, or other multimedia device with internet access;
  • Access to an email account;
  • A valid and active email address.

§6. Complaints

  1. Recipients may submit complaints regarding the Newsletter service.
  2. The Sender will respond to complaints promptly, no later than 30 days from the date of submission.

§7. Amendments to the Regulations

The Sender may amend these Regulations in the following circumstances:

  1. A change in laws governing electronic services that affects the rights and obligations set out in these Regulations, or a change in the interpretation of such laws through court rulings, decisions, recommendations, or guidance from competent authorities;
  2. A change in the technical or technological manner of delivering the Newsletter service (in particular, updates to the technical requirements specified in these Regulations);
  3. A change in the scope of services covered by these Regulations, including the introduction, modification, or withdrawal of features or services.

In the event of material changes, the Sender will publish the updated Regulations on the website and notify Recipients via email. Changes take effect 14 days after notification. Recipients have the right to unsubscribe within this period.

§8. Personal Data Protection

  1. The controller of personal data processed in connection with the Newsletter is Michał Glinka, Zalipie 7a, 04-625 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 9521964857.

  3. Data is processed on the basis of the performance of the Newsletter subscription agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
  4. Data will be processed for the duration of the service and deleted upon unsubscription.
  5. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (e.g., email delivery platforms, analytics tools) solely for the purpose of operating the Newsletter. Each recipient is contractually bound to process data in compliance with applicable law.
  6. Where data is transferred to entities outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are made on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Recipients have the following rights in connection with the processing of their personal data:

  • The right to access their data and request rectification;
  • The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten);
  • The right to restrict processing;
  • The right to data portability (in a commonly readable format, e.g., PDF or CSV);
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
